We have our own parking, no prior reservation needed, at a cost of €33.00 per car per day, VAT included. We recommend checking in advance for large vehicles. The parking has charging points for electric vehicles.

Hotel Villa Real has a rooftop terrace with a bar and pool (open only in summer). An oasis 30 meters above ground with views over the rooftops of Madrid. The best location in the capital to enjoy the good weather and pleasant summer nights in the city.

What kind of breakfast is served at Hotel Villa Real? What are the hours? How much does it cost?

Currently, a buffet breakfast with hot à la carte dishes is served in the breakfast room at a cost of €34.10 per person, VAT included. No reservation is needed. Breakfast is served from 7:00 am to 10:30 am on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 11:00 am on weekends and holidays. Breakfast can also be ordered to the room (subject to additional cost).

Can you access the terrace at Hotel Villa Real without being a guest? What are the terrace opening hours?

The East 47 bar and restaurant on the ground floor and its terrace at Plaza de las Cortes are open to the public without needing to be a hotel guest. Bar-restaurant hours are from 11:00 am to 12:00 am. The rooftop terrace and pool (open only in summer) are exclusively for hotel guests.

No, all rooms and indoor areas at Hotel Villa Real are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas in accordance with current legislation.
